What Am I Eating, Part 3

These are some of the meals I have been eating during the past few months. I try to keep as much variety in every day’s food as possible. I also try to make as much of my food as possible from scratch to control the ingredients. This is how I make a healthy whole food diet work – plenty of variety and flavors and textures.
